The AH! 1000 horn is made for one inch throat compression drivers, like the JBL D175 (2410 series Drivers) and modern drivers such as the B+C de250, and the RCF 1411 1” drivers neodymium magnet. The JBL D175/2410, the Altec 802 / 808 drivers, are all excellent examples of a high quality 1” driver. The aluminum diaphragms, and precision marching are the properties that make these drivers a must. These drivers are relatively in expensive, small and the crossover point of 1500hz does not require a large size horn. If true high fidelity is your goal in a very small package, this is the horn for you. A future small enclosure with a 10" woofer, the horn mounted in the woofer enclosure will be forth coming. Suitable free standing or built in into a modest sized enclosure, crisp sharp transients are handled with ease and grace. Perfect where space is at a minimum, but true horn sound is required. May be used in large 3-way systems.

The AH! 500 The Word's First Conical Radial Horn. The AH!500 horn is very close in tone to the AH700, but with wide horizontal dispersion, and a lower cut-off. The radiation pattern is 40 degrees by 80 degrees. Range is from 500Hz to driver limit.

The AH! 700 is designed for larger 1.4” to 2” size drivers, for premium systems using bass reflex, or horn loaded low frequency enclosures. A wide range horn designed to cover deep into the voice range, this superb horn is unmatched for clarity, definition and spectacular dynamic range. The AH!700 is a 60 degree round conical horn, for 700hz cutoff in a modest size made of alloy cast aluminum. It has a separate matching stand. This elegant design is made to stand on top ( or buit in) of your woofer enclosure. If standing on top of bass enclosure, it provides a visually smaller look.

The AH! 300 is the largest midrange AH! horn. Designed for the family of large format drivers mentioned above, this is also the most versatile of all the AH! horn products, able to couple to the earliest and finest field coil theater drivers like Western Electric 555,RCA 1428B, JBL 2440, Altec 288, and the new B&C DCX an DCM drivers.as well as virtually any other compression driver. It is the only horn of its kind being made today. The AH! 300 comprises an aircraft grade aluminum throat with stepped openings to accommodate any driver with an exit from 5/8” to over two inches. Into this throat are fitted 12 solid wood petals, which can be ordered in any length down to a 250hz cutoff. You specify which driver you wish to use and the targeted low frequency cutoff, and we provide the correct adapter plate for your driver, the throat and the wooden horn. Each petal is hand planed from your choice of the finest hardwoods. Dispersion is 40 degress, bandwidth is 350Hz to driver limit. A special order custom made four foot long version is available for 100Hz operation

Designed along the lines of the famed industrial designer, Raymond Lowey, it has the appearance of a sculptural work of art. Workmanship is second to none - this is the finest crafted horn available. AH!700 is cast like all AH! horns from aircraft grade aluminum alloys and is entirely non resonant.

If you have a large theater type driver, Altec 288. JBL 2440/375 series, RCA 1.4” family of MI 9584/9458, Vitavox, or modern high power drivers, then the AH700, AH500, AH300 are the optimal horns for your application. They will provide explosive transients, extremely low distortion and extremely natural and lifelike sound. Recommended large format 2" drivers are the TAD 4000 series, and the new B&C DCX and DCM series ( with a B&C D35 HF driver)

Our conical horns there are no standing waves from parallel surfaces, and there is no resonance from cheap lightweight materials like plastic or fiberglass. Special attention has been paid to the mouth exit shape, resulting in the smoothest possible directivity pattern.

The AH!300 is currently employed in the Cogent True to Life Loudspeaker field coil system and represents the ultimate midbass horn made today. Unlike other supposed “High End” products made from veneered MDF, plywood or Corian, the AH! 300 is the real deal - solid aluminum casting, machined aluminum and solid high quality hardwood.

The AH! family of conical type high fidelity horns cover the whole frequency range offered by both vintage and contemporary compression drivers. Explosive transients, breathtaking dynamic range, and huge panorama, are obtainable only with this type of system. The ultimate in realism, workmanship, acoustic engineering assure you of no more “upgrades”. These are truly the most realistic loudspeaker horns available.
